The Sber "Children and Youth" segment team is looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for the development of existing and creation of new Core products for clients.

Responsibilities:
- Market analysis, identification of new niches, and formation of a development strategy for core products for children and youth
- Work with segment metrics, preparation of analytics (Cost-Value) for defending initiatives to management
- Management of the financial product backlog, customer journeys (CJM), and business processes
- Development and assignment of product tasks to adjacent departments (development, marketing)
- Formation of hypotheses for optimizing business processes and customer journeys, launch of initiatives for their implementation
- Preparation of regular and ad-hoc analytical materials, presentations for top management
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a project manager or product owner in the banking sector
- Ability to lead initiatives through all stages of implementation: from idea generation to launch and results evaluation
- Understanding of tools for identifying customer needs (product and customer research, CSI, NPS)
- Knowledge of the economics of credit and savings products, as well as the distribution of banking products
- Experience in writing business requirements
- Skills in applying AI tools in work tasks
- Experience in managing a project with a successful product launch to the market (willingness to discuss the achieved effect)
