Responsibilities:
- ensuring the smooth operation of the project team, clear planning, execution, and communication of all tasks, preparation of materials, and status tracking.
Tasks:
- development and maintenance of project roadmaps
- management of project scope, changes, collection, and structuring
Requirements:
- at least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager, Product Owner in an IT team
- project management skills and team organization experience
- familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, PMI/PMBOK, GOST, RIM)
- ability to create clear PowerPoint presentations for different audiences (team, management, clients)
- ability to work with business and IT requirements
- understanding of the Bank's IT architecture and infrastructure
- familiarity with tools: MS Project, Jira, Confluence, MS PowerPoint
Will be a plus:
- skills in working with generative AI models;
- experience in creating AI agents and using them in work will be an advantage
- experience using GigaChat, Kandinsky, and similar tools in products, skills in creating and using AI agents
