We are looking for a Project Manager to develop Collection at T-Bank (formerly Tinkoff).
You will be responsible for improving business processes, achieving performance indicators, and managing resources.
Collection is a high-tech platform within T-Bank. We are rethinking traditional approaches to debt collection: building an intelligent recovery system based on data, automation, and personalized customer interaction strategies. The goal is to recover debt not only effectively but also with respect for clients. The loan portfolio grows by more than 30% annually, making Collection one of the key directions in the company.
Responsibilities:
- Verify the existence of goals and their alignment with the company strategy
- Prioritize goals, clarify them if necessary, and monitor their achievement
- Validate roadmaps and team plans for alignment with goals
- Control the adequacy and allocation of resources considering goals, priorities, and plans, reallocate resources if necessary, and assist in finding them
- Develop performance indicators and organize their collection, analyze and eliminate sources of inefficiency
- Segment the line's activities into products, processes, and projects
- Segment the line's activities into Run, Change, and RnD
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in managing the development of technological products from scratch
- At least 3 years of experience managing cross-functional teams of 30+ people with team leads and product owners
- Experience managing a program or portfolio of projects impacting the functional development strategy
- Experience in developing situational solutions
- Possess crisis management skills
- Ability to identify project initiatives within programs, knowledge of planning approaches
- Familiarity with the full software development lifecycle, engineering practices: CI/CD, and others
- Willingness to take responsibility for the line's business results in partnership with business and IT leads
