About the client: a financial organization with a large distributed network (2,500+ locations) About the project: implementation of an internal electronic document management system at the launch stage

🎯 Responsibilities — Management of the electronic document management system implementation project — Quick integration into the project at the launch stage — Integration management (1C, Axapta, DWH, etc.) — Management of critical processes (financial document flow, inventory, cash operations) — Coordination of work on high-load systems

🛠️ Hard Skills Requirements — Successful experience in implementing large IT projects for at least 3–5 years — Successful experience in implementing high-load systems — Experience with a large number of integrations (1C, Axapta, DWH, etc.) — Understanding of protocols OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SSO (Kerberos), REST/SOAP API — Understanding of modern IT infrastructure: on-premise and cloud providers (Yandex Cloud, SberCloud), PaaS/SaaS — Experience with CI/CD (GitLab, Docker), virtualization (KVM, VMware) — Understanding of DBMS (PostgreSQL 14+, KeyDB, Mongo, OpenSearch) — Deep understanding of project management methodologies — Experience managing projects with disaster-tolerant architecture (clustering, redundancy, DR) — Experience in retail or with large distributed networks (2,500+ locations) — Understanding of accounting and operational processes: inventory of goods/fixed assets, write-offs, waybills, cash discipline — Knowledge of approaches to auto-signing documents, building approval workflows, document templating
