Sber is looking for an IT Business Partner for one of its divisions – managing the development of the corporate analytical platform from the B2C side.
The CDO B2C office team creates processes and a unified platform for effective data management. You will play a key role in the successful integration of new tools and processes into the data management system's functioning, working closely with product owners and business users.
Responsibilities:
- Organizing the process of collecting and consolidating requirements for IT services for corporate data management (storage, processing, and data exchange services of the corporate analytical platform)
- Network validation of requirements regarding understanding the result, assessing the effect, and impact on KPI
- Analyzing the progress of requirement implementation at all lifecycle stages (assessment, realization, execution)
- Controlling the achievement of target KPIs based on the results of task and goal completion
- Resolving disputes and conflict situations
- Organizing status meetings with customers and product owners to track milestones
- Organizing and conducting regular forums on the status of goal and task implementation
- Developing proposals for improving the process of managing goals and tasks for working with data
Requirements:
- Experience in projects for creating and developing analytical solutions or data warehouses as an analyst or project manager
- IT project management experience of 3+ years, with completed IT projects
- Developed analytical skills, logical thinking, ability to structure problems, formulate hypotheses and solutions
- Understanding of the basics of architecture, structure, and functioning of modern information systems and applications
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to communicate with all categories of employees: from analysts to TOP managers
- Clarity of judgment, ability to present thoughts in a structured manner and prepare high-quality presentations
