In T-Bank (ex. Tinkoff) we are looking for an IT Project Manager (Acquiring).
The team is involved in launching large-scale projects in T-Bank's acquiring business. The project manager will be responsible for developing acquiring systems for launching new products and adapting the current functionality to new requirements of payment systems, the regulator, and FSTEC KI import substitution.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Implementation:
- Independently manage large projects and project programs.
- Organize and coordinate processes for effort estimation, planning, and resource booking.
- Monitor task execution according to the project plan.
- Ensure coordination and communication during the solution piloting and deployment phase.
- Control open issues, formulate decision points, and escalate them to the necessary decision-making level.
- Develop the resource plan, roadmap, and project plan.
- Organize regular project team meetings and reporting meetings for the client and all interested stakeholders.
- Prepare a list of project tasks and define dependencies between tasks.
Portfolio Management:
- Participate in the formation and implementation of the project office strategy, and implement the project office strategy within your project group.
- Be responsible for achieving project goals within your portfolio.
- Work with portfolio project priorities. Synchronize projects with business strategy and conduct end-to-end prioritization of projects in your portfolio, coordinating them with business and IT leads.
- Ensure projects are resourced with PMs and control the appropriateness of allocating PM resources to projects.
- Conduct regular resource planning for PMs in accordance with the client's project backlog.
- Ensure transparency of all portfolio projects for clients and stakeholders. Conduct regular portfolio reviews for stakeholders. Regularly monitor project execution and control adherence to deadlines committed to clients.
- Ensure control of performance metrics.
- Gain a deep understanding of the context of portfolio projects.
- Timely identify and resolve risks and issues in your portfolio projects.
- Regularly collect and process stakeholder feedback on the work of your project managers.
- Develop employees: identify areas for growth, prepare individual development plans, and work with low-performers.
- Participate in the development of project office methodology. Implement project practices in your department. Participate in the development of performance metrics. Develop measures for automation and reduction of routine tasks for PMs.
- Derive satisfaction from influencing the development of products used by millions.
Requirements:
- Experience in managing technological projects and project programs in fintech.
- Experience in maintaining project documentation.
- Ability to bring tasks to completion, overcoming all emerging complexities and uncertainties.
- A determined approach to finding optimal solutions; belief in success, optimism regarding problem resolution and finding a way out of the situation.
- Experience managing a team of project managers.
- Experience in creating/developing a Project Office, project practices, approaches, and methodology.
- Willingness for a hybrid work schedule.
