Requirements:

• Experience in project management in the banking or insurance sector (confirmed by a list of projects and companies where the specialist implemented the specified projects), at least 5 completed projects.
• Experience as a Project Manager for at least 12 months and managing a team of at least 5 people.
• Knowledge and experience in applying the PMBOK Guide or ITIL library for at least 12 months.
• Technical experience in integration/data warehouse/front-office projects, at least 2 completed projects.
• Knowledge of banking technologies.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of software development principles.
• Knowledge of the main stages of load testing.
• Ability to define final data for operation based on developed requirements.
• Ability to allocate available resources (man-hours, machine-hours).
• Ability to assess the importance (priority of execution) of various tests (based on user priorities, project tasks, and error occurrence risks).
