T-Bank (ex. Tinkoff) is looking for a Head of PMO in the Product Development Department for Segments.
Responsibilities:
- Define the role of PMO as a driver of business results, define and create digitized value for the business
- Formation and development of a project management center of expertise
- Building a transparent PMO performance metrics system
- Establishing regular communication with C-level, business customers, and IT leaders (CTO, architects)
- Integration of project management processes with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Managing a team of project managers, developing the team's competencies in IT project management
- Independent management of key business projects
Requirements:
- PMO management experience of 3+ years, preferably experience in building a project office from scratch
- Experience managing a portfolio of IT and product projects
- Proven measurable results of PMO work, skill in working with metrics
- Experience interacting with C-level
- Experience managing a team of project managers from 5 to 30 people, hiring and firing experience
- Ability to meet deadlines and increase predictability, digitize business line projects
- Ability to speak the same language as development teams
- Personal qualities: responsibility, achieving results; systemic thinking, logic, concreteness
