The T-Bank IT Hub (ex. Tinkoff) is looking for a Director of Regional Center.
The T-Bank Hub in Saint Petersburg is the group's strategic regional platform. The team is developing the hub as a full-fledged center of product and technological expertise with the ambition to become the company's second headquarters. The task is to transform it from an IT center into a self-sufficient regional platform with strong cross-functional integration and influence on the business strategy of the entire group.
Responsibilities:
- Initiate and implement changes in the region aimed at improving the efficiency of processes, infrastructure, and team interaction
- Identify and scale successful practices to the regional platform level
- Adapt and implement the company's technological initiatives in the region, participate in the launch of pilot projects and new programs
- Represent the interests of the region in interaction with central teams, top management, and external partners
- Initiate and develop partnerships and projects in the region, including interaction with the business community and government structures
- Coordinate the work of administrative and service functions in the region (HR, IT, operations, services)
- Ensure stable operational work of the office and resolution of non-standard management tasks
- Analyze regional metrics: office utilization, engagement, employee retention, satisfaction, service efficiency
- Formulate and implement the regional development strategy together with HR and the administrative team
- Make data-driven decisions and ensure the achievement of regional target indicators
Requirements:
- You have experience in managerial or cross-functional roles in large IT companies
- You have a technical background (development, analytics, testing, or other technical roles) with a subsequent transition to a managerial or product role
- You have managed a product, direction, or large program and made key decisions on strategy, priorities, and resources, ensuring the achievement of business indicators
- You can form and implement a strategy at the regional or large division level
- You have experience interacting with top management and external stakeholders
- You can work with metrics and make data-driven decisions
- Experience managing office infrastructure or administrative teams in a large organization will be an advantage
