MTS Bank is developing digital financial services and making them accessible to everyone.
Responsibilities:
- Define the development strategy for the Fintech division of the MTS Group
- Exercise control over the execution of the strategy and strategic initiatives
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and benchmarking against competitors in Russia and globally, identify market trends
- Verify synergies and complementarity of business models in potential M&A transactions
Candidate Requirements:
- Higher education (finance, economics, or technical)
- High level of critical thinking and structuring skills
- Skills in preparing high-quality presentations / analytical materials for top management and financial modeling
- Similar work experience of 3+ years (consulting / banking strategy)
