AI Transformation Business Partner at Sber
The team is building the country's best foundational model and an AI platform based on it, to transform our products and services around the customer. They are currently looking for an experienced and qualified specialist for the position of AI Transformation Manager. You will play a key role in developing and implementing an artificial intelligence strategy aimed at increasing the efficiency of business processes and improving customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Act as an AI transformation business partner within the bank, participating in the formation, structuring, and prioritization of initiatives based on the bank's goals
- Ensure synchronization of business customer initiatives with other departments and AI initiatives
- Organize the goal-setting and results assessment process for AI-native transformation for business customers
- Consolidate the needs of business customers for the development of the AI platform, refinement of models, production processes, and development of enablers
- Harmonize AI-native transformation goals with the current tasks and development plans of the bank
- Interact with business customers to ensure the AI initiative portfolio aligns with current business needs and strategic plans
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in major consulting firms
- At least 3 years of experience as a business partner
- Higher technical or economic education
- At least 5 years of experience in artificial intelligence and data analytics
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with various company departments
- Ability for critical thinking and data-driven decision-making
- Knowledge of modern project management methods and Agile methodologies
