In Yandex Fintech, we are looking for an HR Business Partner with a proactive approach, ready to support teams and make a significant contribution to the implementation of the company's HR strategy.
You will be an expert in human resources management, advising managers, and helping them build and develop high-performing teams. You will need to make independent decisions based on your experience and find non-standard approaches to solve complex HR tasks. The primary focus will be on the development teams of Yandex Fintech.
What tasks await you:
HR Process Management:
- You will ensure effective support for key HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews). You will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of staff motivation and engagement, independently solving complex issues within teams, and ensuring a healthy and productive work environment. You will act as a leader in shaping the HR agenda based on business goals.
Talent Development and Culture Building:
- You will make a significant contribution to building high-performing teams and developing key employees, helping them realize their potential. You will work on increasing staff engagement and advise managers on building career paths, participating in conflict resolution to foster trusting and constructive relationships. Additionally, you will forecast potential risks associated with key employees and independently develop effective strategies to address them.
Project Management and Data Analysis:
- You will analyze HR metrics, identify trends, and propose innovative solutions based on analytical data to make informed decisions impacting business strategy. You will also initiate and manage HR projects aimed at process improvement, implementing and supporting changes necessary for the development of your area of responsibility.
We expect you to:
- Have experience as an HR Business Partner
- Have managed projects and changes at the business unit level
- Have built effective partnerships with the business, maintaining communication at the CEO-2-1 level
- Understand HR processes and practices
- Have experience in developing and implementing HR strategies to solve complex problems
