HR Business Partner at MTS Urent
MTS Urent is looking for an HR Business Partner to become a full-fledged partner for IT managers, helping to develop teams, increase their efficiency, and support sustainable business growth.
Urent is part of the MTS ecosystem and one of the largest electric scooter rental services.
What you will do:
Partnership with the business and support for managers:
- Act as a strategic partner for IT/Product leaders;
- Advise managers on team management issues (feedback, conflicts, complex cases);
- Regularly synchronize with recruitment on key searches and hiring priorities.
Organizational development and changes:
- Accompany organizational changes (growth, restructuring, team transformation);
- Participate in headcount planning;
- Develop organizational structures for growth or product changes.
Employee performance and development management:
- Support performance review, development, and employee assessment processes;
- Work on engagement and retention of key specialists.
HR analytics and data-driven solutions:
- Analyze HR metrics (turnover, engagement, team efficiency) and propose solutions;
- Prepare analytics on team status and key HR indicators;
Compensation, budget, and headcount (jointly with C&B):
- Participate in payroll fund (FOT) management together with C&B;
- Participate in compensation review processes;
- Monitor deviations in headcount and costs, propose corrective actions.
Candidate requirements:
- HR BP/HR Generalist/HR Lead experience (from 3 years);
- Experience working with IT teams (development, product teams, etc.);
- Understanding of HR cycles: performance management, talent review, succession planning;
- Skills in working with data and metrics;
- Experience in accompanying changes and transformations;
- Strong communication skills and ability to build partnerships with the business;
- Ability to work in conditions of uncertainty and a rapidly changing environment.
Will be a plus:
- Experience in fast-growing IT/tech companies;
- Experience working with distributed teams;
- Experience implementing HR practices and tools from scratch.
