The restaurant chain UNIREST (brands Rostic’s and KFC) is looking for an HR Business Partner to provide full-cycle HR support to the leaders and teams of IT and Marketing, focusing on improving business efficiency through human capital management.
UNIREST is the rights holder of the ROSTIC'S brand, the one with unforgettable chicken dishes and a cool team.
Responsibilities:
- Participation in operational and strategic sessions of functional leaders.
- Diagnosis of organizational health of teams (climate, engagement, turnover).
- Implementation and support of the annual personnel appraisal cycle (setting KPIs/OKRs, interim reviews, final appraisal).
- Consulting leaders on "difficult conversations" with employees (feedback, promotions/demotions).
- Working with low performance (PIP — Performance Improvement Plans).
- Formation of a talent pool for key positions.
- Support for individual development plans (IDPs) for high-potential employees (Hi-Po).
- Organization of career sessions.
- Support for organizational changes (reorganizations, launch of new products/projects).
- Monitoring and working with engagement (eNPS, pulse surveys).
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as an HRBP (experience working with IT teams is mandatory).
- Experience in technology, product, or consulting companies is a plus.
- Experience conducting Performance Reviews.
- Proficiency in Assessment Center tools (or their simplified analogs), competency-based interviews (STAR method).
- Ability not just to react to requests, but to diagnose business problems, initiate and implement changes.
- Skill in building trusting, equal relationships with strong leaders.
