HR Business Partner is required for the e-commerce company VseInstrumenti.ru.
What you will do:
- Work with team engagement and staffing levels
- Launch and implement initiatives based on eNPS survey results
- Provide HR support and consulting to employees of supervised departments on all arising issues
- Control the salary fund budget
- Organize employee development activities (forming a talent pool and individual development plans (IDPs), developing HiPos - high-potential employees)
- Achieve target performance indicators for HR: staffing levels, employee turnover, personnel costs percentage, salary fund, and others
Candidate expectations:
- Experience working with 1000+ employees
- At least 2 years of experience in various HR functions in large companies as an HRBP
- Knowledge of salary structures, fundamentals of personnel record-keeping, and organizational structure formation
- Experience in employee development (creating IDPs, coaching, conducting development discussions)
- Ability to prioritize, structure and systematic approach, results-oriented, leadership qualities
