HR People Partner at Wildberries&Russ
Wildberries & Russ United Company is an international technology company formed as a result of the merger of two market leaders — IT company Wildberries and outdoor advertising operator Russ.
Area of work: The Warehouse Department is the marketplace's logistics infrastructure, which ensures the acceptance, storage, distribution, and shipment of goods to customers.
What needs to be done:
- Support HR processes — hiring, transfers, dismissals (including complex cases, including managers)
- Support payroll and headcount planning, create departmental budgets, control expenses against budget, participate in adjustments, analyze and optimize costs
- Consult line managers on HR issues, ensure correct document processing, compliance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation
- Participate in internal projects: onboarding, welcome meetings, preparation of tasks for the probation period, status tracking, rotations, dismissals
- Administer issues related to payments, certificates, and other organizational matters
What experience and knowledge are needed:
- You have knowledge and practice in HR record-keeping (KDP): full cycle support — hiring, transfers, dismissals, including complex cases with top management; confident application of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation norms
- You know how to form and defend the HR budget (payroll, recruitment, training), maintain reporting, perform plan-fact analysis, and control budget execution
- Responsibility, attention to detail, ability to see tasks through to completion — this is about you
