HR Director

Business: A full-cycle IT product company, from development to service support. Manufacturer and supplier of domestic software and hardware for the largest retail chains in Russia and the CIS. Included in the top rankings of CNews and TAdviser.

Location: Saint Petersburg, city center

Responsibilities: ⁃ Strategic management of the HR function ⁃ Budgeting and forecasting of personnel costs, payroll control ⁃ Recruitment, onboarding, and lifecycle management ⁃ Maintenance and development of the personnel onboarding system ⁃ Personnel assessment, training, and development ⁃ Support and development of the motivation system: bonus calculation (monthly and semi-annual), bonus calculator ⁃ Planning and implementation of corporate events within the approved policy ⁃ Internal communications: media plan, corporate website for employees, newsletters, CSI TV, HR bot ⁃ Control of personnel records management: register of internal regulations, long-term contracts (voluntary medical insurance, etc.), remaining vacation days, transfers ⁃ Administration and development of 1C ZUP, chatbot, automated HR documents. ⁃ Operational management and internal projects. ⁃ Headcount and productivity management.

Requirements: ⁃ Experience as an HR Director or CEO-1 level HRBP in an IT company or retail sector for over 3 years in companies with 200–600 employees, preferably product-based or with extensive development. ⁃ Experience in building or taking over all HR processes. ⁃ Proficient in automation tools: ATS (Huntflow or equivalent), LMS (iSpring or equivalent), 1C ZUP, Bitrix or other HRMS. ⁃ Experience in forming and defending the HR budget, managing payroll, and calculating motivation systems. ⁃ Practical experience in implementing or maintaining HR analytics and regular management reporting.
