HR Director

Seeking an HR Director who understands manufacturing and can implement organizational changes.

My client is a Russian manufacturing technology company with over 300 employees. The company faces challenges in developing its HR function, improving personnel efficiency, and refining its management system.

The owner needs a leader capable of linking people-related decisions to business results: understanding how organizational structure, management competencies, headcount, and compensation systems impact production operations.

Key Tasks:

• Development of the HR function and team. • Headcount planning and payroll fund management. • Development of motivation and performance appraisal systems. • Organizational changes and strengthening the management team. • Building interaction between HR, production, and the owner.

Experience in instrument engineering, electronics, mechanical engineering, industrial automation, and other technological manufacturing sectors is particularly of interest.

I am also considering HR heads of manufacturing sites and Deputy HRDs ready to take responsibility for the entire function.

Conditions:

— 300,000 rubles net per month. — Annual bonus up to 1,000,000 rubles. — Moscow Oblast, Lyubertsy District, approximately 30 minutes by public transport from Kuzminki, Tekstilshchiki, Kotelniki metro stations. — Five days a week on-site.
