In 2GIS we are looking for a Deputy HR Director.

What you need to do:
- Participate in the full cycle of recruitment and onboarding of personnel.
- Develop HR processes and work with key performance indicators: staffing levels, turnover, and team engagement.
- Be an HR partner to the branch manager: participate in resolving personnel and organizational issues, influence commercial performance.
- Coordinate the work of the HR and administrative team, oversee personnel record-keeping.
- Work with reporting, budget, and contractors, participate in the organization of corporate events and office life.
What is important:
- At least 2 years of HR experience and practical recruitment and onboarding skills.
- Ability to build processes, work with metrics, and make independent decisions.
- Management skills — experience in leading a team or individual projects.
- Confident proficiency in Excel, systematic approach, and readiness to work with diverse tasks.
- Knowledge of personnel record-keeping and experience with 1C.
- Developed communication skills, empathy, initiative, and results orientation.
