Friends, we have an HRD vacancy in Moscow: HR Director at the HQ of an international fintech group.

We are looking for an HRD for a rapidly growing international fintech group, currently present in more than 10 countries worldwide.

The company is actively developing while maintaining the entrepreneurial spirit of a startup: high speed, many changes, minimal bureaucracy, and the opportunity to truly influence the business.

This role is for an HR leader who can not only build systems but also do the work hands-on.

What you will do: — Formulate and implement HR strategy in line with business objectives; — Develop the HR function in a rapidly growing company; — Build processes for recruitment, onboarding, training, assessment, and development; — Develop talent management, talent pipeline, and corporate culture; — Implement HR analytics, automation, and modern digital/AI tools; — Support organizational changes and the development of an international structure; — Be a partner to the CEO and business leaders on people and organizational development matters.

Ideal background: fintech or banking sector. Experience with international offices / distributed teams is particularly interesting.

At the same time, it is critically important for us that this is a hands-on HRD, not an office-based manager who immediately starts building a large HR vertical.

The HR team is small. In the company, it is customary to do many things independently, make quick decisions, and not be afraid to dive into details.

We are looking for not only a strong professional but also an inspiring leader — open, humane, energetic, and capable of building a strong team around them.

Yes, it is also important for us that the candidate has a confident level of English proficiency - must-have, and preferably several languages).
