Responsibilities: — Formation and implementation of HR strategy in accordance with the Company strategy — Building systems and processes (recruitment and adaptation, motivation, training, etc.) — Assessment of efficiency and change of organizational structure, as well as KPI system by departments — Management of employer brand and corporate culture, creation of a talent pool — Management of HR budget, automation of HR reporting — Consulting support for the owner and heads of departments on personnel management issues — Management of all HR functions of the company (recruitment, personnel records management, motivation department, cleaning)

Requirements: — Experience in a similar role in large manufacturing companies, FMCG sector or food industry — Leadership qualities, systemic thinking, understanding of a process-based approach — Experience in developing and implementing HR processes — High level of communication skills, persuasion and influence
