HR Director | Almaty
A large manufacturing company is seeking an HR Director.
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of HR strategy in line with business and production goals of the company;
- Management of all HR areas: recruitment, onboarding, training and development, appraisal, motivation, C&B, and HR analytics;
- Planning and optimization of staff numbers, organizational structure, and payroll fund;
- Ensuring production departments have the required number of qualified employees;
- Development and implementation of KPI systems, performance appraisal, grading, and motivation;
- Formation of a talent pool and succession planning for key positions;
- Building a training and development system for employees and managers, considering production needs;
- Development of onboarding, retention, and employee engagement programs;
- Formation and control of the HR budget;
- Management of the HR team, setting goals, and assessing employee performance.
Requirements:
- Higher education in HR, management, economics, psychology, law, or a related field;
- Over 10 years of experience in HR;
- Experience in manufacturing/industrial companies;
- Experience managing a workforce of 500-1,000 employees;
- Experience managing blue-collar, production, engineering, administrative, and managerial staff;
- Experience in building or significantly transforming HR functions and processes;
- Practical experience in developing and implementing KPIs, motivation systems, grading, performance appraisal, and C&B;
- Experience in forming a talent pool and implementing succession and leadership development programs;
- Experience in managing payroll funds and HR budgets, optimizing staff numbers and personnel costs;
- Experience in a leadership position at HRD / HR Director / Head of HR level – from 5 years.
