Responsibilities • Develop the holding's HR strategy in conjunction with the priorities of each division • Continue to develop a product-oriented approach in HR: make processes transparent and convenient for internal clients • Set up organizational structures for business tasks • Be a partner for the owner and top management, understand and anticipate business needs • Lead the HR vertical of the holding: Compensation & Benefits, recruitment, training and development, HR brand, corporate culture, unified HR department, and HRBPs in businesses • Develop and support the HR team, help it grow • Translate company values into daily management practices • Rely on analytics and data, apply modern tools, including AI

Requirements • From 3 to 6 years of management experience in companies with 2,000+ employees, in manufacturing, mining, construction, or other operationally complex businesses - MANDATORY! • Strategic thinking and confident work with data • Experience in organizational design and change management • Partnership approach to business and experience interacting with top executives
