The role is at the intersection of strategy, people, and business development. It is important to link the HR agenda with business results, support and strengthen current processes, and develop culture across different businesses and geographies of UDS group.

Requirements • 3 to 6 years of management experience in companies with 2,000+ employees, preferably in manufacturing, mining, construction, or other operationally complex businesses • Strategic thinking and confident work with data • Experience in organizational design and change management • Partnership approach towards the business and experience interacting with top management
