Requirements: — Experience managing HR function in companies of a similar sector (mining industry, construction, large-scale manufacturing) with a staff of 2,000+ people. — Proven experience in optimizing, developing, and digitizing existing HR systems (centralization of processes, automation based on 1C, Bitrix24, or equivalents) — Skill in careful change management: ability to implement improvements while addressing resistance and without disrupting the current operational stability of the business — Experience in managing personnel in geographically distributed structures (branch network, remote production facilities) — Skill in implementing a product-oriented approach in HR (focus on the internal client, simplicity and convenience of processes) — Experience working in diversified holdings (multiple business lines) will be an advantage — Experience in actively building relationships with the owner in conditions of high autonomy — Willingness to relocate
