We are now launching the HR function systematically for the first time. Basic recruitment and onboarding processes are already in place. Everything else needs to be designed and implemented: C&B, performance management, training and development, HR analytics, corporate culture, EVP, HR brand, automation, and Employee Lifecycle management system.

We need not a "clerk" or an HR who simply supports existing processes. We need an architect of the HR function and a strategic business partner. A person who: — knows how to build HR from scratch; — calmly works in high uncertainty and at a fast pace; — makes data-driven decisions; — knows how to speak the language of numbers and results with the business; — is capable of defending their position and arguing decisions before owners; — understands how HR should work for business scaling.
