Who we are looking for: ✅ Experience as an HRD - from 5 years. ✅ Successful experience in managing and forming an HR team (C&B, T&D, Recruitment functions) ✅ At the last place of work in the position of HRD - more than 2 years. ✅ Conversational English (mandatory). ➕ Experience in international companies will be your advantage.

What to do: Strategic management of the HR function, building processes and developing the team on the scale of an international business.
