What tasks will need to be addressed:
- Timely provision of the enterprise with personnel in the required quantity and with the necessary qualifications, independent recruitment of industry-specific personnel (managers and highly qualified specialists).
- Organization of personnel administration in accordance with Hungarian legislation.
- Organization of working time accounting and control over labor discipline.
- Organization of the processing of insurance, tax certificates for employees, and pension documents.
- Organization of migration support for foreign employees attracted to work at the enterprise.
- Development and implementation of personnel policy and policies for the remuneration and social protection system of the enterprise's employees.
- Building a personnel adaptation system.
- Working to increase employee satisfaction and engagement levels.
- Development and maintenance of systems for managing key performance indicators and operational bonuses.
- Formation and execution of the personnel expense budget, timely submission of HR reports.
- Management of the organizational structure and staffing table of the enterprise.
- Development of internal regulations for the "Personnel Management" process group.
- Interaction with the Management Company, carrying out necessary approvals, preparing documents.
Expectations from the candidate:
- Stable work experience in the position of HRD / HRBP / Head of HR Department at a manufacturing enterprise (preferably in mechanical engineering).
- Industry experience (within Rosatom State Corporation) is welcomed.
- Good expertise in the field of economics and labor remuneration, economic education is welcomed.
- Expert knowledge and practical experience in building and developing all HR processes.
- Knowledge and ability to apply modern tools for measuring employee performance.
- Developed analytical skills, a systematic approach, and digital literacy.
- Willingness to study Hungarian labor legislation (independently).
- Willingness to relocate to Budapest, Hungary.
