🚀 We're hiring: HR Business Partner (Belarus)

ITRex is looking for an HR Business Partner to join our HR team, small by design, but with full ownership of the function.

You'll own a defined set of people processes end-to-end and support a portfolio of ~80–100 team members across multiple client projects: performance review cycles, promotions, people analytics, HRIS administration, and hands-on partnership with managers. This isn't a coordination role - you will be accountable for the health of your areas and expected to bring improvements before someone else spots the gap.

What we're looking for:

• 4+ years as an HRBP or HR Manager in a tech company
• Experience running or supporting performance review and promotion cycles
• Comfortable with HR data - dashboards, trends, what numbers actually matter
• HRIS experience
• Strong English
• Self-directed, comfortable owning outcomes without step-by-step direction
