We are currently looking for an HR BP to support the effective work of the team and achieve maximum business results.
We are looking for:
- Understanding of the full HR process cycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisal, training, development, and employee motivation
- Proficiency in HR analytics tools
- Ability to think strategically, make decisions, and take responsibility for them
- Knowledge of specialized software: 1C:ZUP, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional qualities: attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational skills and time management abilities
- Data handling skills (HR metrics, analytics)
You will be:
- Supporting managers in the Agent Network scaling project, consulting and assisting in operational personnel management
- Ensuring compliance with internal regulations when processing changes
- Conducting analytics and working with metrics: analysis of turnover, productivity, engagement, identifying risk zones and growth areas
- HR administration and support for personnel processes
- Building communication architecture with employees working at sales points
- Implementing the appraisal and performance review cycle: fostering a culture of 1-on-1 meetings, calibration sessions, working with low performers
- Participating in regular team processes — onboarding, training, data collection
