HR Director (HRD) | APEXBANK
APEXBANK invites an HR Director — a strategic partner of the Management Board, who will lead the HR function and be responsible for the development of the bank's human capital and organizational culture.
Key Tasks:
- Development and implementation of HR strategy and transformation of the HR function
- Talent acquisition and attraction, compensation and benefits management, performance management, employee training and development, talent management
- Grading, KPI system, motivation and talent pool
- Leadership development, corporate culture, employee engagement and employer branding
- HR analytics and digitalization of HR processes
- Formation and development of a strong professional HR team
We expect:
- Experience as HR Director / Head of HR function in a bank, financial or large company
- Experience in building and transforming the HR function
- Expertise in compensation and benefits, talent management, performance appraisal and management, leadership development
- Understanding of banking specifics and regulator requirements
- Strong strategic and leadership competencies
