HR Director (HRD)

An international financial sector company in an active transformation phase is looking for an HR Director to build a sustainable HR architecture and prepare the company for audits by external auditors and partners.

The role is focused on building a scalable HR function:

• organizational design;
• management of key person risk and succession;
• implementation of HRIS and HR metrics for management.

Direct reporting to the CEO.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in the position of HRD / Head of HR;
• Experience in building an HR function from scratch or transforming it in a growth company;
• Bonus: experience working with the requirements of AIFC (or other international regulatory standards).
