We are looking for an HRD for a large construction company with a long history to build an HR system and manage personnel during a period of active company development.
Key responsibilities: • Development and implementation of HR strategy; • Planning of headcount and organizational structure; • Management of payroll fund, budget, motivation, and retention; • Building a system for mass and office recruitment; • Managing a team of recruiters and employee development; • Implementation of KPIs, HR analytics, and development of corporate culture.
We are looking for you if: • 5+ years of experience as HRD; • Experience with mass personnel is available; • Proficient in 1C, ZUP, and Excel; • Ability to work with payroll fund, salary calculations, and HR analytics; • Strong leadership and organizational skills; • Ability to build HR systems from scratch and scale them; • Independent, flexible, and results-oriented.
