We are looking for a leader who will become a full-fledged business partner to the CEO and the top management team, influencing not only HR processes but also business development through people, structure, and organizational decisions.

The scope of responsibility includes a comprehensive HR function:

• Talent Acquisition
• Talent Management
• C&B
• Performance Management
• L&D
• HRBP
• HR Operations
• organizational development
• HR analytics.

We are looking for a strong HR leader with experience in large businesses, transformations, and large-scale changes. Experience with a distributed structure, a group of companies, development, construction, or project-based business will be an advantage.
