Candidate Requirements
Professional Experience
- At least 5 years of experience as an HR Director / HR Head / Head of HR Function in a large company.
- Experience in managing a comprehensive HR function: Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, C&B, Performance Management, L&D, HRBP, HR Operations.
- Experience of direct interaction with the CEO and top business team as an HR partner.
- Experience in forming and implementing an HR strategy and HR agenda related to business goals and company transformation.
- Experience in organizational development, headcount planning, and support for organizational changes.
- Practical experience with HR analytics, HR metrics, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Understanding of principles for forming project teams, mass and targeted recruitment, talent management in conditions of active growth.
- Experience working in a matrix / centralized HR model and interaction with the corporate HR center.
- Knowledge of the Labor Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Will be an advantage:
- Experience managing an HR function in a geographically distributed structure or group of companies;
- Experience in development, construction, real estate, or other project-oriented businesses.
Education
- Higher education.
- Additional education in HR, management, economics, or business administration will be an advantage.
