A major digital ecosystem in Kazakhstan is looking for an HRD to form a unified HR strategy and develop the group's HR function.

Key responsibilities: • Formation of HR strategy and centralization of HR processes; • Development of recruitment, onboarding, and corporate culture; • Implementation of a grading system, Performance Review, and C&B; • Development of HR brand and internal communications; • Digitalization of HR processes and development of HR analytics.

We are looking for you if: • You have 3+ years of experience as an HRD in a large product company; • You have experience in building HR processes and centralized HR functions; • You have a good understanding of Performance Review, OKR/KPI, and C&B; • You possess strategic thinking and are results-oriented.
