Senior People Operations Specialist

What you will do: — Manage the full cycle of HR support for employees in different countries from pre-boarding and onboarding to offboarding — Coordinate work with EOR and PEO providers in different jurisdictions — Advise employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, benefits, and other people-related issues — Lead projects for automation and improvement of HR processes from task definition to implementation — Maintain the accuracy and audit readiness of HR data and employee records — Identify opportunities for standardization and automation of regular HR tasks — Work with HRIS, workflow tools, and self-service solutions

What we expect: — 3+ years of experience in People Operations with independent management of the full employee lifecycle — Experience supporting employees in multiple countries and jurisdictions in an international or distributed company — Practical experience working with EOR providers, including Deel, Remote, Papaya Global, Oyster, Multiplier, or equivalents — Experience participating in or leading HR automation and digitalization projects — Excellent written and spoken English skills — Confident work with HRIS and HR-tech tools, as well as spreadsheets and automation tools
