HR Generalist / People Operations Manager

Looking for an HR professional to build a people function from scratch 🚀

Naran is an international mobility and fintech startup headquartered in Dubai. We are growing rapidly and need someone to take ownership of all people-related matters. This is a remote position, within the GMT+3 time zone.

What we need: ✔️ 3+ years of experience as an HR generalist / people ops, preferably in a startup ✔️ full-cycle recruitment experience ✔️ English B2 level (Spanish or French will be a plus) ✔️ ability to build processes from scratch, without ready-made instructions ✔️ interest in AI tools and readiness to automate routine tasks
