The food and baking products manufacturer Pudov is looking for an HR Director.
The main goal of the department is to find outstanding leaders, key team players, and top managers, those specialists who help the business conquer the highest peaks and develop in the most advanced fields.
What you will be doing:
- Developing and implementing an HR strategy that supports the company's business goals and contributes to its growth.
- Managing all HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, training and development of personnel, performance appraisal and motivation, building the HR cycle.
- Forming and developing corporate culture, supporting employee engagement and loyalty, organizing strategic sessions, implementing and controlling regular management practices.
- Implementing modern HR technologies and tools for process automation and optimization.
- Managing a team of HR specialists, developing their competencies and improving work efficiency.
- Interacting with department heads to identify personnel needs and build career paths.
- Ensuring HR policies comply with legal requirements and corporate standards.
The ideal candidate has:
- Experience as an HRBP/HRD, Head of Personnel Department.
- Completed higher education (full-time).
- Strong communication skills, developed strategic thinking.
- Successful experience in recruiting middle and top management, team recruitment experience.
- Ability to calculate the effectiveness of HR processes, identify metrics, and work on their improvement.
- Knowledge of the market specific to the company (FMCG, e-com, digital).
- Experience in building HR cycles, automating HR processes.
- A desire for development, openness to new things, and mutual love for the HR profession.
