Methodologist for Motivation Systems

Salary from 170,000₽. Work is remote.

We are looking for a methodologist at Tochka Bank who will help improve the motivation system for the commercial department: create clear and transparent reward rules, maintain the regulatory framework, and develop approaches to rewarding employees of the commercial department.

We are creating an online bank and an ecosystem of services for businesses. Our team has over 6,000 employees, and our services are used by over 800,000 clients.

What to do

— Create and implement material and non-material incentive programs, as well as reward systems.

— Develop and describe internal regulatory documents on remuneration and bonus systems.

— Analyze existing bonus systems and update internal regulatory documents.

— Conduct economic modeling and scenario analysis of the impact of motivation on business performance indicators.

— Provide expert recommendations and consultations on the selection and configuration of bonus schemes.

— Ensure compliance of schemes and documents with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, the Tax Code of the Russian Federation, and the requirements of the Bank of Russia.

You are a good fit if

— You have at least three years of experience in developing remuneration and bonus systems for commercial specialists.

— You are familiar with labor and tax legislation regarding remuneration, bonuses, and compensation.

— You understand how bonus systems, KPIs, and grades work.

— You are proficient in Excel: you can work with formulas, pivot tables, and preferably Power Query.

— You can write clear regulatory documents and structure complex information.

— You have experience participating in projects to develop or automate motivation systems.

— Knowledge of banking bonus schemes will be a plus. For example, the system of the Bank of Russia's Instruction No. 154-I.

— Official salary from 170,000 ₽. The exact amount depends on your skills and expectations – we will discuss them at the interview. This is the gross amount (before taxes). Remember that from 2025, the personal income tax rate will change depending on the total income for the year.
