Senior Reward Partner

📍 Location: London, UK 💼 Format: full-time, office 🌍 Wise is an international technology company that creates services for fast and affordable international money transfers and money management.

What you will do: — Develop and implement compensation programs and participate in the formation of the overall reward strategy — Conduct market analysis, benchmark salaries, and form competitive and fair salary structures — Coordinate annual budgeting and salary review processes — Lead projects for the development of the reward system and scaling of HR processes — Consult with managers on compensation, job evaluation, and salary analysis — Monitor changes in the reward market and propose improvements to existing programs — Develop communications for managers and employees and improve reward processes

We expect: — Deep expertise in compensation and rewards, especially in market analysis and salary benchmarking — Good understanding of bonuses, stock options, and other elements of the reward system — Experience working in a fast-growing international company with different jurisdictions — Experience independently managing HR projects from task definition to implementation — Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex issues in simple terms — Strong analytical skills and confident work with large datasets in Excel and other tools — Ability to work with uncertainty, quickly prioritize, and influence management decisions
