Mid People Partner

📍 Location: United Kingdom 💼 Format: full-time, remote 🌍 Revolut is an international fintech company, creating financial products for over 75 million clients worldwide.

What you'll do: — Advise HR Partners on employee relations, employee development, and complex situations — Handle complex ER cases, conduct risk assessments, and propose optimal solutions — Manage the full cycle of disciplinary processes, including investigations and conflict resolution — Conduct internal investigations into cases of possible employee misconduct — Mentor colleagues from the HR team and develop approaches to working with employee relations — Review and improve HR policies and programs to ensure fair treatment of employees — Identify bottlenecks in processes and optimize HR workflows

What we expect: — 3+ years of experience in Employee Relations — Education in HR or Law, preferably with a specialization in labor law — In-house experience with ER and knowledge of legal requirements at regional and local levels — Experience in building Employee Relations processes and working with KPI-driven teams — Independence, initiative, and strong analytical skills — Ability to advise and train stakeholders at various levels — Diplomacy, organizational flexibility, and the ability to work in conditions of uncertainty
