HR Manager (Fintech, International Teams)

We are looking for an HR Manager for a product-based fintech company. The team is building trading infrastructure (ECN + SaaS) with its own matching-core — a digital asset exchange solution used by banks, brokers, and payment services worldwide.

The key role is hiring and team building.

What is important? — 2+ years of experience in international fintech (in-house) — fluent English — confident experience in hiring, building, and re-forming existing teams.
