HR Manager / Recruiter

We are an international financial project in the field of crypto-lending. We are currently strengthening our HR team and are looking for an HR specialist who knows not only how to find people but also how to support employees within the company.

What you will be doing

Recruitment:

• Independently manage the full recruitment cycle: search → interview → assessment → offer → onboarding.
• Primarily fill administrative and management positions:
  • Contact center and debt collection supervisors;
  • Contact center and debt collection managers;
  • Marketers;
  • Analysts;
  • Other specialists and managers.
• Work with various search channels and independently find candidates.
• Interact with managers and understand vacancy requirements.
• Monitor closing deadlines and manage the candidate pipeline.

HR Function:

• Support employees after they join the company.
• Conduct meetings and gather feedback from the team.
• Participate in the adaptation of new employees.
• Work on retention and reasons for departure.
• Maintain records and keep HR data up-to-date.
• Generate regular HR reports.
• Monitor key HR metrics and promptly highlight problem areas.

Who we are looking for

• HR / Recruitment experience of 1 year or more.
• Experience in independently filling administrative or management vacancies.
• Ability to conduct interviews and assess candidates.
• Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel.
• Ability to work with a large volume of information and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Independence and results-orientation.
• Good communication skills — you will interact extensively with both candidates and existing employees.
• Experience in FinTech / financial projects / Crypto / Call Center will be a significant advantage.
