Kuvelli is an international AdTech platform development center. We are looking for a colleague who will take responsibility for high-quality recruitment and support of our team.
Position: HR Manager/Recruiter in AdTech
Location: Limassol, office
Work Format: full-time
Main Tasks:
- Recruiting (70% of time): targeted selection of specialists, from refining the profile to the offer
- Support: overseeing employee onboarding in strict accordance with local legislation (working through an external contractor)
- Teamwork: onboarding new hires, conducting Welcome Days and Stay Interviews
- Atmosphere: monitoring the office climate and assisting in organizing corporate events
Requirements for our future colleague:
- Recruiting experience of 1 year or more
- English language at B1 level or higher
- Ability to professionally assess soft skills and culture fit during interviews
- Having a driver's license will be a plus
