🚀 Urgently seeking HR / Affiliate Recruiter in Cyprus 🇨🇾 We are looking for an active HR specialist who knows how to find strong affiliates, understands the specifics of Tier 2 / Tier 3 markets, and is ready to quickly strengthen the team in a large igaming project. IGAMING EXPERIENCE - is a must. 🎯 Main tasks: 🔎 Affiliate recruitment - from junior specialists to Team Leads. 🌍 Search for candidates to work in the office in Cyprus and remotely. 🤝 Constant search for new candidates and formation of a strong talent pool. 📊 Assessment of employee performance, tracking results and work dynamics. 🔄 Timely identification of ineffective employees and organization of their replacement. 👥 Interaction with hiring managers on candidate recruitment and assessment. ☑ Support for onboarding and offboarding processes. 💎 What's important: Experience in affiliate recruitment and understanding of Tier 2 / Tier 3 markets. Understanding where to find relevant candidates and how to close vacancies effectively.
