✨We are looking for an independent and responsible person for the TalentOps team who will take care of employees and all operational aspects related to them ✨ The main focus of the role is Cyprus, but you will also work with other countries. What you will be doing ▫️Support employees throughout their journey with the company: onboarding, changes in terms, leaves, offboarding. ▫️Handle employee legalization and Cyprus residence permit applications. ▫️Manage external contractors: accounting, payroll providers, insurance companies, lawyers. Not just delegating tasks, but understanding the results and controlling quality. ▫️Organize business trips, corporate events, and employee events, gifts for holidays and significant life events of colleagues. ▫️Take care of the office in Limassol: ensuring it is pleasant, comfortable, and fully functional. ▫️Utilize AI not just for show: document preparation, data verification, automation of routine tasks. ▫️Maintain employee data and documents, respond to daily team inquiries, collect and verify data for payroll. ▫️Organize the issuance and return of equipment. ▫️Administer corporate benefits.

Noticing when a colleague needs help and doing a little more than what is formally required. ▫️Experience in People Operations / HR Operations and understanding of the full employee lifecycle. ▫️Good knowledge of Cypriot labor law. ▫️Experience with different types of employee arrangements in an international environment: full-time, B2B, contractors in various jurisdictions. ▫️Ability to work with contractors to ensure results meet our expectations, not just their desires. ▫️Proficient use of AI tools and willingness to integrate them into processes. ▫️Ability to handle multiple parallel tasks without losing sight of details. ▫️Conversational English, comfortable for resolving work-related issues with foreign colleagues and contractors.
