HR Business Partner

Naran is an international company in the fleet mobility and embedded finance sector. We finance motorcycles and cars for taxi and delivery drivers on a lease-to-own model. We operate in Colombia, Peru, Senegal, and Ivory Coast, with our headquarters in Dubai. The team is distributed, we are growing rapidly, and opening new countries.

We are looking for someone who will build the HR function from scratch and become the sole owner of all people-related processes.

What you will do:

• Full recruitment cycle for HQ and oversight of hiring in local teams (LatAm and Africa)
• Onboarding: paperwork, visas, bank accounts, access, equipment
• HR brand and HR document management across multiple jurisdictions
• Administration of KPI and salary review cycles
• Travel arrangements
• Development of the internal HR product Naran Talents using AI tools (Lovable / vibe-coding)

What is important to us:

• 3+ years of experience as an HR generalist / People Ops, preferably in a startup or small company where you did everything yourself
• Full-cycle recruitment experience
• English B2 level (Spanish or French is a plus)
• Independence: ability to build processes from scratch without ready-made regulations
• Systemic approach to documents and details
• Interest in AI tools and willingness to automate routine tasks

Will be a plus: experience with distributed international teams, knowledge of labor law in the UAE, experience with HRIS and no-code tools.
