NOVAROLL packaging manufacturer and distributor is looking for a C&B Project Manager.
What needs to be done:
- Building a grade system in the company
- Automation of C&B processes
- Participation in the personnel expense budgeting process, including planning and analysis
- Collection, consolidation, and preparation of monthly data on salaries and personnel expenses
- Preparation of statistical analyses, analytical requests, forecasts, and data visualizations
- Formation, refinement, automation, and maintenance of reports (weekly, quarterly, annual)
- Analysis of current HR business processes and preparation of proposals for their optimization
- Calculation of HR metrics and forecast formation
- Participation in salary reviews
- Quantitative and qualitative analysis, formation of personnel indicator forecasts: headcount, staffing, turnover, and others
- Conducting analysis and research at the request of the manager, compiling analytical reviews, and memos
