Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing C&B processes for club staff: forming and approving offers, analyzing positions and organizational structure, assessing total remuneration and compliance with C&B policies.
- Forming, planning, and controlling the payroll budget for club staff, analyzing deviations, and preparing proposals for cost optimization.
- Developing, implementing, and enhancing motivation systems for club staff, considering business goals, KPIs, and departmental efficiency.
- Developing and updating tariff rates, salaries, and remuneration ranges based on labor market analysis, grading, internal payment principles, and business objectives.
- Conducting labor market analysis and preparing proposals for positioning club staff remuneration.
- Developing HR analytics for the Operational Block: forming metrics, analyzing data, and preparing analytics for management decision-making.
- Automating C&B processes, improving the quality and speed of work with remuneration and bonus data.
- Optimizing the process of handling bonus requests for club staff: standardizing common questions and reducing consultation time.
- Participating in the Performance Review process for the Operational Block and Fitness Directorate.
- Participating in HR projects aimed at improving the efficiency of the remuneration system, HR processes, and supporting business objectives.
